Director of Connection & Care
As the Director of Connection and Care, Matthea Glass is dedicated to fostering deep community and spiritual growth. Her ministry focuses on small group discipleship, Women's Ministry, marriage mentoring, counseling, and leading English as a Second Language (ESL) initiatives.
Holding a Master’s degree in Counseling, Matthea uniquely combines evidence-based care and a pastoral heart to walk alongside individuals and couples through life's diverse seasons. She is deeply passionate about helping women find true freedom in Christ and cultivate joy-filled, purposeful lives.
When she’s not at the church, you can usually find her with her family. She and Jon have been married for 23 wonderful years, and they are blessed with five amazing children who keep their hearts and home beautifully full.
