FOUNDERS/LEADERS

For more than 26 years, Austin and Cami Ryan have been serving churches and creative arts teams together. In 2007, after 9 years in Houston, TX serving Copperfield Church, Austin and Cami founded Worship Catalyst with a vision to ignite worship ministries in new churches so those churches could be more effective at reaching their communities with the gospel. Austin has been a worship pastor for over 30 years and serves as the directional leader of Worship Catalyst as well as co-pastor of Common Ground Online Church. He is the author of The Radical Worship Solution, host of the Worship Leader Essentials Podcast and a mentor to many leaders. As for Cami, there are very few areas of worship ministry she has not touched. From developing multiple drama teams, designing and producing hundreds of services, and discipling worship leaders, Cami is always catalyzing worship. She is also the Operations Director of Worship Catalyst. In addition, Austin and Cami have co-planted 3 churches together. Currently, based out of Fernandina Beach, Florida with their daughter, Finley who is 17 years old.
